| Job Accountabilities
• Direct, plan, implement and control the sales and marketing programs for OTR (Off the Road) and Farm Tire cooperation with Regional Sales Manager, to attain assigned sales objectives, to obtain Goodyear's desired market share, in accordance with the guidelines set by General Manager Sales to generate sales growth and maximize profit.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Experience as Junior Managers minimum 3 (three) years
• Strong sales track record
• Good knowledge of critical sales process factor
• Good listener, easy to approach and talk to customers or colleagues
• Receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
